1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Planwright (“the Service”), operated by Silverback CTO LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Planwright is a control plane for autonomous software development. The Service provides tools for managing software development objectives, coordinating coding agents via the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and maintaining audit trails for compliance purposes.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in with a valid GitHub account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to update your information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code or malware
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. However, you grant us a license to use your data as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
